Locket Song sells personalized songs through this website. We are based in Denmark.

You answer a short questionnaire about someone you love. We use those answers to create a personalized song — AI helps write the lyrics and produce the music — and we deliver it by email as a private link.

You choose the timing at checkout: within 24 hours (Express) or within 48 hours (Standard). You can also add a printable lyric sheet.

The price is shown before you pay, including VAT where it applies. Payment is handled by Stripe. The contract is made when Stripe confirms your payment.

You must be 18 or older to place an order.

We send the song to the email address you give us, as a private link. Please check your spam folder if it doesn't appear in your inbox.

It is your responsibility to give us a correct email address. If the address is wrong, we may not be able to deliver the song.

In the EU you normally have 14 days to change your mind about an online purchase. That right does not apply in the same way here.

Your song is made just for you from the story you share, and it is delivered digitally. At checkout you give us clear permission to start creating it right away. Once creation has begun, the 14-day right of withdrawal no longer applies.

Not happy with your song? Write to us within 14 days of delivery, and we'll create a new version for free. If we can't deliver your song, or there's a technical problem we can't fix, you get a full refund.

You may keep the song, play it and share it for personal, non-commercial use — for example at a private event, with family and friends, or on your own social media.

You may not sell it, license it, use it in advertising, or distribute it commercially. You may not register it with music streaming services or rights organizations as if it were a commercially released work.

We do not promise that an AI-generated song is protected by copyright. The gift is the song itself, not a claim to music rights.

You must have the right to share the information you give us, including stories about another person.

Please do not send hateful, sexual, harassing or illegal content, and do not ask us to write a song about someone that is meant to hurt or embarrass them.

If an order breaks these rules, we may refuse or cancel it and refund you.

We use AI as a tool so we can write and produce your song in one or two days, with a human touch in how we shape the story and check the result.

Results can vary. A song may have small imperfections, such as how a name is pronounced. That is what the free new version in our guarantee is for.

We take care with every order. If something goes wrong, our responsibility is limited to the amount you paid, except where the law does not allow that limit.

Nothing in these terms limits the rights you have as a consumer under mandatory law.

If you live in Denmark and we cannot agree, you can complain to Nævnenes Hus, the Danish consumer complaints board.

If you live in another EU country, you can contact your national consumer authority.

These terms are governed by Danish law. If you are a consumer, this does not take away the protections you have under the law of your own country.
